We thoroughly screen and test our employees before sending them on an assignment. Clerical and office automation skills are tested, and more important: math, spelling, grammar, ability to follow instructions, as well as word processing and computer literacy.


Our industrial employees are given a manual dexterity test when assembly and repetitive movements are required as well as evaluation of math, measurement, and inspection skills.

Temp To Full Time

This special services allows you to evaluate a future employee before making a permanent commitment, and help avoid costly staffing mistakes.


Planned Staffing

Assists the client by meeting fluctuating or seasonal staffing needs. This program may include customized training and orientation, if desired.


Custom Programs

Our franchises own the business - so they can develop a tailor-made program to fit your needs perfectly.


Payrolling

A special program offered to @WORK clients who utilize the services of certain personnel, but choose not to include then on their own payroll.


Emergency Staffing

Designed to provide professional, skilled or semi-skilled personnel at a moment's notice.

Service to our customers:

I. Our Temporaries

A. We thoroughly screen and test employees before sending them on an assignment.

B. We guarantee their work performance but if you are dissatisfied with their skills and work behavior for any reason, we ask that you notify us within the first (4) hours of the assignment and you will not be charged.

 

II.    Our Responsibility

A. We are the employer of our temporary workers.

B. @WORK pays all local, state and federal taxes.

C. @WORK pays all unemployment insurance taxes.

D. @WORK deducts all Social Security and employer contributions.

E. @WORK carries Workers Compensation Insurance on all employees.

F. @WORK carries Workers Compensation Insurance on all employees.

G. @WORK maintains all personnel/payroll records.

H. @WORK pays employees by check.

 

III.     Insurance Coverage

A. A copy of our Insurance Certificate will be forwarded to you upon your request.

 

IV.     Service

A. All franchises are independently owned and operated.

B. Sales and service decisions are handled at the local level.

C. Special consulting by @WORK Franchise, Inc. as requested by Franchisee.
